  • Summer Jam 2023 runs from Tuesday, July 11th through Thursday, July 13th from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

  • All kids entering 1st grade through entering 6th grade in Fall 2023.

  • Early Bird (May 1st - May 31st) - $89

    Regular Price (June 1st - June 25th) - $109

    Cost includes: Programming, activities, supplies, t-shirt, lunch and snacks

  • A full refund (minus $25 deposit) will be offered for cancellations 30 or more days before the scheduled start date. A 50% refund will be offered for cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled start date.

  • Yes, campers need to be checked in and out each day. Multiple adults can be authorized for pick-up if verified by the child’s parent. 
  • Payment is accepted by debit or credit. You will be given the option to reserve your spot by paying a $25 deposit or paying in full online at the time of registration; payment is due in full 2 weeks before the camp’s start date.
  • Lunch and snacks will be provided each day. We cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. A menu will be sent out the week before camp. You are welcome to send food if your camper is unable to eat the food provided.

  • We offer need-based help on occasion but cannot guarantee that scholarship funding will be available. Evergreen seeks to provide our camp experience to any interested family regardless of economic means. The deadline for scholarship applications is May 28, 2023 and camp registration is May 31, 2023. Summer Jam staff will seek funding and notify you if we are able to help. Please contact Lauren at [email protected] with any additional questions.
