Guatemala: In the Ixil village of Chacalte, we continue our community development partnership with Food For The Hungry. We assist with children's ministry programs and child sponsorship home visits. We work along side local villagers with construction needs such as children's classrooms and more.
Mexico: This team partners with Youth With a Mission - Homes of Hope for a home building project in Ensenda, Mexico. Our purpose is to provide practical help and encouragement as we work alongside the family in need to help them build their home. The structure is 16’x20’ and is able to be constructed from the ground up in about 2-3 days.
81 families have had their homes postponed or cancelled indefinitely due to the pandemic. Thanks to your generous donations, we raised over $25,000 to fund the materials for YWAM staff to build the homes!
